In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 21;

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance (including winnings) held in the account may be forfeited at 588win's discretion.
